
The forest department will launch an intense 45-day alleviation program starting from September 16, which will deal with the conflict of man-from Tistina across Kerala.
The conflict of human and Tislife’s life was influenced by about 300 grama, with 273 of them showing frequent incidents. According to official sources, almost 30 local bodies were identified between them.
In the first phase of the campaign from the 16th to 30th September, the help will be open at all Panchayat forest and offices in the areas of forest springs. These offices will accept written complaints from the public about the loss of crops, delayed compensation, security threats and other problems caused by the entrances of wild animals. Reserved complaints will be installed both in Panchayat and Range Office for the comfort of the affected residents.
Data collection
Specially listed teams including forest department officials will visit every disabled Panchayat and coordinate with people representatives to collect and documes complaints. The data collection process will be completed within 15 days. All complainants will be informed of the steps that will be solved by their complaints.
In addition, they will have the right to appeal before the Chairman of the Committee on Regional Campaign, if there are objections to measures taken at the scope or division level.
The second phase of the program, which takes place from 1 to 15 October, will focus on solving problems that cannot be solved at local level. Such matters will be escalated to district committees created to alleviate human and tistin conflict. The panels will be led by district collectors and will include MLA and officials of various departments. The divisional forest officer in each district will serve as a valet and supervise operations in the second phase.
Third phase
From October 16, the campaign will enter its third phase, which will focus on solving more complex and persistent problems that remain after the first two phases. Such problems will be highlighted to the state government to identify policy and long -term solutions. Ministers, departments, MLA and Panchayat representatives will be involved in the process.
The state government will approve the Center of Questions that will remain unresolved after a multi -phase program for necessary assistance.
