On Friday, the Supreme Court asked the main coordinator Naama Tamilar Katchi (NTK) S. Seeman to apologize to the actor who accused him of committing “rape” after falsely promised to marry it.
“You apologize to the woman, you do not worry about her in the future, download all the accusations. You apologize. After considering your affidavit, we can cancel the complaint.
Judge Nagarathna turned to lawyers of the actor, the leader of Shadan Farasat and the defending champion Jatin Bhardwaj, and asked why he wanted to watch the complaint. Mr. Farasat said he would wait for Mr. Seeman to file an affidavit before consulting his client. The leader’s leader further informed the court that he was constantly threatened with his client that he had forced her to leave Tamil Nada and settle in Bengalur. The court extended the interim stay in the investigation against Mr. Seeman until the next date of hearing.
“We have only extended until the next date of hearing. If you do not do everything we have told you, we will reject your petition,” said Judge Nagarathna Mr. Seeman.
On 3 March, the Top Court issued an interim stay in the investigation against Mr. Seeman in this case. After Madras the High Court refused to cancel the case, he turned to the Supreme Court.
At that time, the Supreme Court issued a notice in the petition of special holidays filed by Mr. Seeman in order to explore the possibility of settling between the two parties.
