
Nepalese protests: The Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation is in the process of bringing back the stuck Indians in Nepal by deploying other flights to Kathmandu in cooperation with Air India and Indigo, the Minister of Trade Union to Rammohan Naid said on Wednesday.

“At the opening of Kathmandu Airport Operation @Moca_goi, in coordination with Air India & Indigo, she organized more flights tonight and in the next few days, along with the planned services that he would restore tomorrow,” Nida said.
He said that airlines were recommended to keep their prices reasonable during this time.
“We are still determined to support our passengers and at the same time ensure their safe travel during this time,” he said.
Air India announces additional flights
Air India said on Wednesday in response to government measures that it would run further flights to Kathmandu to bring the stuck Indians in Nepal.
“Air India today and tomorrow operates special flights from Delhi to Kathmandu and back to help passengers who were stuck for recent development in Nepal. Our planned operations will continue from tomorrow,” he said.

Nepalese protests saw the international airport Tribhuvan in the middle of violence, as the protesters set key government buildings in the middle of 19 young people’s deaths for police brutality.
As a result, hundreds of Indians were stuck in Nepal.
The Indian Ministry for External Affairs (MEA) issued travel consultancy for its citizens with regard to the prevailing situation in Nepal.
In her statement, MEA urged Indians to avoid irrelevant travel to Nepal as long as the situation stabilized. Those who were already in the country were recommended to stay in the interior, avoid performances on the streets and follow all local security counseling issued by the Nepalese authorities and the Indian Ambassador in Kathmandu.

At least 200 people from Andhra Pradesh and Telangan were imprisoned in Nepal and 110 Indian tourists from Thane stuck. The inhabitants of Delhi, West Bengal, Bihar and other states were also in Nepal.
