BJP MLA Payal Shankar Alleged that the Congress-LED State Government Has Conspired to Dereive Political Mileage by Limiting the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) Ustedilla – INSATIGATING THE ENTIRE PROJECT, WHICH INCLUDES Canals, Pump Houses, and Power Stations and Changing of the Location From Tummidhatti to Medigadda.
On Tuesday, Mr Shankar focused on a press conference on the party’s state network and demanded that the state government to change the reference conditions (TOR) listed in the government order (GO), which entrusts the CBI probe. Otherwise, BJP would move to the Supreme Court and seek direction for this purpose.
Mr. Shankar pointed out that Minister Revanth Reddy – while he was a Congress MEP and President of TPCC – allegedly in the clip claimed fraud of 1 Lakh Crore. “However, its government has limited the CBI to three barriers, whose costs are around 12,000 GBP, against the total cost of the project around 1.4 Lakh Crore. The fact that it does not mention other components of the project is trying to protect BRS,” Mla said.
He also accused the state government of attempting to defame BJP by limiting the CBI and manipulations with critical evidence of repairs to playback despite the investigation of the PC Ghos Commission project.
Mr. Shankar asked why the original plan of fire in Tummadihatti was abandoned and who made this decision. He called on the government to change Tor to include all aspects of the project, from planning to performing and identifying all responsible officials and suppliers.
The legislature of the BJP warned that if Tor was not changed within 15 days, the party would turn to the Supreme Court looking for a comprehensive investigation.
