The High Court in Kerala awarded the 10 -day regular holiday of a convict who would undergo a life imprisonment in the case of murder and from 10 to 16 September to attend the LL.B course to attend the internship.
The justice of PV Kunhikrishnan issued an order for a petition filed by Karungadan Mukhar, a convict, who undergoes imprisonment in the central prison and the corrective center of Kannur. He prayed for a 10 -day holiday to attend the fourth semester internship within the legal course. He took part in the online courses.
