The State State State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited (Suppplyco) recorded unprecedented sales of 386.19 GBP during the Onam season.
Government strategic market intervention through Supplyco is widely attributed with effective limitation of price increases and preventing inflation during the festive period.
During the Onam fair, which began on August 25 out of total sales, nearly 57 Lakhů consumers were generated, approximately 206 Crore, which began on August 25, was generated by approximately 180 Crore, while sales were approximately 206 crore.
Sale from trade fairs at the district level was CRORE 5.12 GBP, while the Onam mobile markets brought 44.95 ₹ Lakh. In addition, the trade fairs themselves have generated the sale of 17.17 crore.
Official sources also pointed out that some Supplyco stores have experienced exceptional performance this season. Twenty -nine stores reached sales between CRT 75 Lakh and 1 ₹, while another hundred stores showed sale from 50 lakh to £ 75.
Statistics also indicated a strong commodity sales across the state. Rice sales reached 1.19 856.32 letters, thus gaining revenues of 37.03 crore until 3 September. Red Chilli also generated Crore 8.85 GBP, with 7 467.09 Quintals sold.
Sabari’s coconut oil recorded revenues of 20,13,696 liters, generating revenues of 68.96 Crore, while the sale of Kero coconut oil was 1,154 liters and earned 4.95 Crore.
Sets onam
According to the Minister of Food and Civil Surgers of the GR Anil, the layout of the onam sets also effectively proceeded during Onam. Card holders (93% of the total recipients in the category) received their kits up to 5 53 817 Antyodaya Anna Yojana (Aay). In addition, 40.59 Lakh households in the priority category (97.22%) gathered their onam sets.
Overall, up to 82.53 Lakh card holders, ie 86.75% of the total number of card holders across categories, received allotted rations in August.
Mr. Anil said that strong participation and sales of records indicate the success of the government’s efforts to ensure food safety and availability during the Onam season.
