Investigations of cases registered in various parts of Kerala on the alleged frauds of CSR funds will now be led by the relevant superintendents of the Wings district crimes, while the government does not replace the head of the police, who was transferred in the management of a special investigative team (SIT).

Although the government’s opinion that there is no need to name a new head on a SIT has raised concerns about the fate of a coordinated investigation between the victims, the police resources involved in this matter have stated that concerns are in place. “The main procedures for the investigation have already been completed. The police registered 1,343 cases related to fraud until March 12, 2025, according to the response submitted by the main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in Keraral Assembly on March 17th.
