The integrated Agri complex in Anayara is expected to cost much more than the original estimate, indicating the recent decision of the agricultural department.
The Ministry of Agriculture issued orders to approval the revised, higher estimate of the CRORE 134 GBP for the project and for obtaining the CRORE 20 GBP for the world banking climate of resistant agricultural modernization of the chain (KERA) in the complex.
The project consists of Agri Tower, which will serve as an integrated administrative center for agricultural departments and allied agricultural agencies, exhibition center and food court.
The estimate for the tower was increased to 100 GBP Crore from 79.14 GBP Crore, as the scope of work was expanded on the recommendation of the Technical Committee created in December 2024 for the project, which is the order of August 30 issued by the then Minister of Agriculture B. Ashok, who has been transferred since then.

Meanwhile, the ministry also approved a revised estimate of 34 Crore for the exhibition center and food court. The original estimate was tied to 17 crore. According to the department, the scope of the work was extended by basic work related to roofing, fire safety and wastewater treatment. The Agri Tower Complex project was cleaned by the government in November 2023. According to the ministry, it would provide better and time -bound services, proposed to ensure that all its offices and allied agencies provide better and time -bound services.
