
Police in Mumbai is reportedly preparing a lookout tower (LOC) against the actor Bollywood Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra in connection with SA £60 crore cheating.
According to NDTV sources in the wing of economic offenses (EOW) have stated that the police are now investigating the travel protocols Shetty and Kundry.
“If necessary, a notice of the prospect will be issued against them,” they said they said and added that the company auditor was also invited to question.

In August, EOW registered a case of fraud against Shilpa Shetta, Raj Kundra and an unknown person at the Juh police station in Mumbai. The complaint claims that a few celebrities cheated on a merchant based in Mumbai Deepak Kothari £60.4 Crore in the borrowing agreement-cum-investment, which applies to their now defunct society, Best Deal TV Private Limited.
In his police complaint, an entrepreneur based in Juhu Deepak Kothari (60), director of Lotus Capital Finance Services (non -banking financial company), said he came into contact with Raj Kundra and Shilpou Shetty via one Rajesh Ary, official, PTI said.

“They also promised a monthly return (loan) and repayment of the director,” the official said.
According to companies, the complainant claimed he had converted £31.9 Crore in April 2015 on the basis of a subscription contract, followed by another £28.53 Crore based on an additional agreement in September 2015.
He said £60.4 CRORE Loan was provided for business expansion between 2015 and 2023.

After giving a warranty in April 2016, Shetty resigned as the director of the company in September 2016, the entrepreneur said in his complaint.
In 2017, Kothari found that insolvency proceedings were initiated against the company for failure to another agreement, the official said.
Kothari argued that the resources had been diverted for personal use, the police said.
Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra deny the accusation
Paradise Kundra and Shilpa Shetty were the director of Best Deal TV Private Limited, home shopping and online retail platform. Through Arya they were looking for a loan £75 crore, but to avoid higher taxation, they reportedly showed it as an investment, according to the complaint.
However, the lawyer representing Shetty and Kundra denied the accusation.
Attorney Prashant Patil, representing Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty, said, “All the accusations are false.
He claimed: “We have not yet received a copy of the company. If we receive a copy, we will introduce accurate accusations.”

He said, “…. His transaction is quite old, 7-8 years old. If someone feels damaged, cheated, they would not expect 8-10 years before they complained. There are documentary evidence about everything.”
He added: “If someone has any objection, they can approach EOW. We will also show our truth before the agencies investigations. The truth will be out.”
