Bharatiya Janata (BJP) praised the government of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-Mored on Thursday for a significant reduction in the rates of tax on goods and services (GST) across the necessary goods and services.

The BJP description and the Sambit Party spokesman described this as a milestone in tax reforms and stated that this step would benefit all sections. The costs of the necessary goods and services associated with the ‘roti, a chart, aur makaan (food, clothing and shelter) would decrease.
Congress is a “new AAP”
At a press conference, Mr. Patra criticized the Congress Party and said he could not implement GST during his long shifts in power and indulged in only the slogans as “Garibi Hatoo (to remove poverty)”.
“The Congress Party should organize a press conference on these GST reforms and explain whether farmers will benefit or not. They will benefit the family or not?” He said, accusing the party of transforming into the new “AAM Aadmi party”, which attacked the constitutional institution without any foundation.
He said that the aim of GST reforms, which is a pro-middle class, a pro-farmer and pro-chudi, was to improve the ease of life and business in the country. It was only possible because of the capable leadership of Modi, he said.
Mr. Patra said that 7.8% growth in production was recorded in this quarter, and said that no one had previously thought that consumer prices would be 1.5%, the lowest in eight years. “No one imagined that we would become the fastest growing main economy, but today we are …,” he said, adding that GST reforms were a fundamental change and a “bundle of happiness”.
