Career counseling and adolescent consulting cell of the higher secondary wing of the General Education Directorate will organize a three -day international conclave on the “emerging career trends” in Kottayam since November 21.
The Conclave is designed as a platform to support bold career approaches in the time of rapid technological changes powered by artificial intelligence and automation. More than ever, students, mentors and politicians are equipped with tools for navigation in this dynamic landscape.
Concitrates will combine academic scientists, researchers and experts to reflect on multidisciplinary areas affecting career development, such as psychology, education, sociology and work economy. It will introduce recent innovations, discuss critical challenges and achieve a career solution for the workforce prepared for the future.

The topics of the conference include the “future of work and digital transformation”, which will focus on navigation of the impact of AI and emerging techniques on professional careers and strategies for prosperous in remote, hybrid and concert economies. “People’s skills and well -being” are examined by strategies for sustainable career success and growing emotional intelligence and soft skills.
Class XII students
“Innovation, business and social impact” will discuss innovations, scaling of businesses and ethical leadership. Maximization of potential, navigation of diverse professional ecosystems and environmental management will focus during “global perspectives and inclusive growth”. Posts can be introduced at the conference. Importantly, class XII students will also provide presentations.
