Several train services in the Palakkad Division will be overparted and regulated for several days in September and October to monitor maintenance work.
According to a press release, Palakkad Town-TiruchirapPalli Junction Express (Train No. 16844) scheduled to leave the city of Palakkad at 6.30 am on 7th September will leave only at 7.50 in the morning
Mangaluru Central-Dr. Mgr Chennai Central West Coast SuperFast Express (22638) will be delayed by 40 minutes 7., 11, 14, 21, and 28 and 5 October and 5th October. Train No. 16844 from Palakkad will be delayed by 30 minutes 15 September, while Coimbatore Junction-Mangaluru Central Express (16323) will be delayed by 40 minutes.
On September 17, Thiruvananthapuram Central-Hazrat Nizamuddin Weekly SuperFast Express (22633) will be regulated by one hour, while Alappuzha-Kannur Express (16307) and Thiruvananthpuram Central-Kannur Jan Shatabdi SuperFast (12082) will be delayed by 40 minutes.
Railways recommended passengers to check the updates before traveling.
