The state government sanctioned 124.63 GBP Croreee more towards Karunya arrogya Surraksha Padhati (Kasp) and Karunya Benevenes Fund (KBF).
Of the overall allocation, the Crore 75.66 GBP towards the KASP for distribution between hospitals provided for free patients and CRORE 49.3 GBP towards KBF, which is carried out by the Ministry of Loteries. The amounts were paid through the State Health Agency.
The statement issued by Minister of Health Veen George claimed on Tuesday that in the last five years the state has provided free medical care of 7,708 GBP Crore 25,17 lakh people.
Within the KASP, 24.06 Lakh people were issued free of charge of 7,163 Crore and 64,075 people were provided by free medical treatment of 544 crore through KBF.
A total of 43.07 lacquer families in the state are covered under KASP, while families that do not yet apply within the KASP and have an annual income of less than 3 Lakh 3 GBP, provides one -off financial assistance for 2 Lakh for medical treatment within KBF.
