The YSR (YSRCP) party announced September 6. September national agitation to protest against the acute lack of urea and growing issues facing farmers. Within the Party, the Party shall submit representation to the Officials of the Income Division (RDOS) in the whole State and requires immediate measures to help.
The decision was taken during the teleconference, chaired by the party coordinator Sajjjal Ramakrishn Reddy. The leaders were attended by leaders, including Both Satyanarayan, Peddireddy Ramacandra Reddy, Karumuri Nagesware Rao, President of the State Farmer Jinnuri Rama Rao (Babi), along with district presidents, constituents of constituents, MLA and farmer wings.
Mr. Ramakrishna Reddy said at the meeting that farmers were fighting due to a serious lack of urea and seeds. He claimed that despite the demands of the coalition government to adequate supplies, large parts of the shares divert by the ruling leaders of the parties and forcing farmers to get into the streets. Mr. Satyanarayana stressed that the absence of crops insurance and damage to heavy rain deteriorated. Mr. Ramacandra Reddy noted that permanent unpeeled crops were destroyed and pushed the farmers to debt. Mr. Nagesware Rao added that, unlike Ys Jagan Muhan Reddy, farmers are left in tears instead of dignity.
