
The anti -corruption office (ACB), telangana, registered 31 cases and questions in August 2025, including 15 cases of traps, two disproportionate assets of assets, three cases of criminal misconduct, seven regular investigations and four surprising checks.
During the operations, 22 public employees, including four outsourcing employees and private individuals, were imprisoned or arrested and transported into judicial custody. Cash of 2,82,500 GBP was confiscated in cases of trap across different departments. In one disproportionate case of assets, a real estate worth CZK 5.13 was discovered.
From January to August 2025, the Bureau book booked 179 cases that contained 108 cases of traps, 11 disproportionate assets of assets, 18 cases of criminal negotiations, 18 regular surveys, 21 surprising checks and three discrete questions. In the same period, 167 public employees were caught and transported, including 14 outsourcing employees and private individuals. Cases of the trap led to seizures in the total amount of 33.12 ₹ Lakh, while disproportionate assets worth 44.30 GBP were discovered.
ACB completed 25 cases in August and handed over its reports to the government. From January to August, 177 cases were closed with the final reports submitted.
The Office urged citizens to report the requirements of bribery by dialing the free number 1064 or through its platforms on social media, including WhatsApp (9440446106), Facebook (ACB Telangana) and X (@telanganaacb). He assured that the identity of the complainants would be confidential.
