Chief Minister Siddaramaiah launched a new building of PM Shri Karnataka in his native village of Siddaramanahundi near Monday.
When he talked to reporters on this occasion, Mr. Siddaramaiah remembered that he was studying at the same school from class 5 to 7. “I did not study up to 4. Standard. I joined the 5th standard,” he said.
He said the old structure was demolished and a new building was built in place. The school was accepted by Kevegowda International Airport Limited (Kial) and the building was built by Kial in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
“I’m very glad to start the building,” Siddaramaiaha said.
He said that his native village has elementary school, high school, high school and college in front of the university. However, the university could not be launched due to lack of students. However, the village also has other facilities such as a hostel for students, veterinary hospitals, library and community health center.
However, he said the village’s debt would remain on it. He said that BJP leaders who do not see the development work of the government still tell lies.
