Social media these days are often flooded with discussions about toxic chiefs in Indian societies. In the middle of the discourse, the user shared an interview with the heart tracksuit between the project manager and the consultant who draws on the massive applause of social media users at Reddit.
The Screenshs of A WhatsApp Exchange, which now carries out social media, shows a third-party consultant nervously informing their client-car management manager-in the change of their work schedule. At first she hesitated and wrote, “Mujhe Laga Pat nhi AP Kya Sochoge” (“I wasn’t sure what you thought”) when he explained that he would leave the next day.
How did the project manager react?
To her amazement, the project manager responded with heat and assurances and simply asked her to update her message outside the office. He added: “Chill! I’m not a client of problematic types.”
The consultant, relieved, replied, “U is worth all praise … don’t just say it to impress you.” She even mentioned that in his absence she told others of the supportive nature of the manager.

Due to the exchange, the project manager later shared:
“To make someone’s life unfortunate by authority is not my work style and I adhere to it.”
When he talked about the incident, he said that this message “today made me a day”. He explained that after facing a toxic environment at the beginning of his career, he promised that when he reached a higher position, no one would “cry or skip food” for him. Here’s a post.
Fixed believers in Karma added that he witnessed unfortunate results for those who once made life difficult. The exchange, said, reminded him of the “little dreamer” he once was, and gave him a moment of real happiness on his leadership.

What do social media users say?
The post produces waves online and gained a number of likes and comments.
One user wrote: “Bro is patting on his back.”
Next said, “Indian companies need more people like you.”
He commented on the third: “This conversation would be different if the person applied for a holiday was not a third party, but a direct message? Because it was a bit easy to report to you-there is no authority that does not have any authority (except that you can give negative feedback).
The fourth user added: “I am glad that my trainees/juniors can say the same about me. Being humane, understanding and creating a warm environment for my colleagues and collaborators, and will always be my priority.”
