The leader of Congress Rahul Mamkootathil seemed to face a serious legal threat on Thursday, while the branch of the state police crime is a special investigation team (SIT) to explore the politically stormy accusation of sexual misconduct against Palakkad.
The next CEO, the branch of crime, H Venkatesh, told the Hindes that SIT would include cyber forensic experts, given the digital nature of alleged crimes. He named Dysp V. Bin Kumar as an officer.
On Wednesday, the branch of the crime zero registered the first information report (companies) to start the investigation process.
The police originally seemed prevented from a lack of formal complaints from any of the “victims” who have raised the accusation against Mamkootathil on social and conventional media.
In addition, the widely circulated sound recording of an anonymous person who forced the woman to end her pregnancy outside the marriage in the danger of her life, caused public outrage, and revealed that the enforcement of offenses could ignore.
Mr MamkootathatHil vehemently denied the imputation that the male voice in an emergency voice clip was his and suggested that some perpetrators can think of sound to gossip him. However, the MLA has not yet served a legal announcement or to demand a police investigation to prove the truth of the controversial sound record, despite the supposed pressure of the congress.
Main Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s reflector of the sound recording on Wednesday added gravity to the SIT probe. Mr. Vijayan sharply stressed that the threatening and annoying messages of WhatsApp and Cybertalking of women had fingerprints of the serial perpetrator, but refused to reveal whether the police received specific complaints. He also assured the legal protection of alleged victims.
The officials said the branch of the crime would probably submit to Mr. Mamkootathil and first demands his presence before the investigator.
The probe would include the confiscation of the device, including mobile phones, computers and notebooks used in the alleged crime commission and recording the statements of the damaged parties, including identifying the voice of anonymous women in the sound clip.
SIT would present confiscated devices of the court and asked judge judge to perform a cyber forensic examination, including recovery of manipulated files, monitoring IP addresses, collecting other digital evidence, analysis of URL transactions and time stamp analysis.
