Hrithik Roshan rented one of his luxury apartments Juho Versova to his girlfriend Saba Azad. And the agreement attracted everyone’s attention.
Hrithik, who owns three full floors in the premium Mannat Apartments (Vartaan), signed a leasing on August 4, NAFKEY informed. This gives Saba an address in one of the most implicit living spaces in Mumbai.
What the agreement stands out is rent: Just £75 000 monthly SA £1,25 deposit lakh. It is deep below market value.

By comparison, the apartment of the sixth floor in the same building was rented for massive £10 lakh per month in 2023, according to ZATKEY. The sharp difference explains that this arrangement is less about business and more about personal bonds.
According to the commercial standard, Hrithik Roshan bought three whole floors (18.-20.) Mannata Apartments (Vartamaan) at Juhu-Versova Link Road in 2020. £97.5 crore for 12,000 square feet.

In May, Hrithik and his Father Filmman Rrakesh Roshan sold three apartments in Mumbai Andheri total £6.75 crore, according to real estate documents. Together, the characteristics measured almost 2,000 square feet.

In the third transaction, Hrithik sold an apartment with an area of 240 square feet in the same building Raheja Classique to the same buyer for £80 Lakh. Spent £4.80 Lakh for space service and £30,000 for registration.

At the beginning of July, HRX Digitech, owned by Hrithik and Rrakesh Roshan, bought three office units worth £31 Crore in Boomerang, Chandivali, Mumbai. The agreement, registered on July 9, includes 13,546 square feet. £1.86 crore in stamps and £30,000 as registration fees.

Sellers in the transaction were Manish Krishangopal Bazari, Shalini Manish Bazari and Bazspace PVT. LTD, according to Storyboard18.
It was not their first purchase in the same property. In September 2024 they received five office units on the fifth floor of Boomerang for £37.75 crore, the publication added.
