6 Liberated also in July

Decay
The case of criminal prosecution “was built on the basis of the publication of the accused” to arrest them, was considered “disintegration”.
“I must observe that the investigative officer (IO) has been seriously padding, resulting in serious trample of the rights of the accused, which was probably accused only to prove that this case was drawn up,” the court said.
The judge continued, “This is more sad, because despite glaring defects, supervising officers, ie, IE, an official for the station and assistant of the police commissioner, handed over the indictment mechanically.”
Such cases, as the court said, would result in a “serious erosion of the faith of people in the investigative process” except for the rule of law.
This is sadder, because despite glaring bodies, the supervising officers have been handed over mechanically.
“I consider it appropriate for a copy of this judgment to be sent to the Police Commission as an exploration of a remedial measure,” the court added.
