
The group of individuals and families separated from the Naqshbandi Thareeqath, the Order of SFI based in Code and the locally identified “Kozhikode district, was looking for police investigations of circumstances that led to the unnatural death of some of its old members.
He claims that the suspicion of human rights violations and social security for several preachers and Thareeqath experts for alleged violations of their principles have been found to have established many “unfavorable incidents” that could be made to light by comprehensive investigation.
“The State Commission on Human Rights in Kerala has already registered the case and has been looking for a report to the police of the incident. We hope that the rights panel will be inspected immediately after the end of its opinion.
Mr Azeez, who has already given a petition with the police Malappuram, explained the harrowing experience that his family members and sister -in -laws after the end of the Orthodox Rules, he said there were even suspicions of destroying letters from people who were found under suspicious circumstances. He said that many such suspicious deaths were reported from Wayanad, Malappuram and Kozhikode districts in the past.
Kizhisseri native, who is now in the forefront of the legal struggle for excluded members, said the police should examine whether Thareeqath members are involved in the “threat to old members” who left the group for various personal reasons. He revealed that many of the old members were at risk that the rules of self -appointed leaders of Tariqath were adhered to.
Mohammed Fazil, a religious leader from the Malappuram district, who helped frightened members to continue legal negotiations, said the general community was completely helpless about human rights violations in the name of the Rules of Thareeqath. “Those who came out of Thaneqath must not meet their family members. Members of the family trying to meet such people will also have to face cruel punishment such as excommunication and social boycott,” he said.
Meanwhile, senior official Thaneqath said there was no point in discussing the accusations of people who ended a group who could not follow their traditions. He said there were no such accusations of people who have continued with the Sufi command.
According to police sources, the investigation team has already gathered a statement by many victims within the continuing probe. They also stated that the preliminary report would soon be available for the legacy of the Human Rights Commission.
