The Ministers Committee, which was established to study and present a Congress report by 42% of the BC Reserve, organized a special meeting in Pragath Bhavan in the city on Sunday evening.
The panel requested the opinion of the general advocate of Sudarshan Reddy on how to ensure that the provision of 42% of the BC reservation in local elections in the bodies does not cause any legal complications.
The Committee also decided on Monday to find the opinions of leading legal experts from Delhi.
The meeting was attended by the representative of the main Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramark and the ministers UTTAM Kumar Reddy and D. Sridhar Babu. The Minister of the Ponnam Prabhakar committee shared his opinion with Mr. Sudarshan Reddy over the phone.
The panel recalled that the leader of the congress Rahul Gandhi promised a caste survey to people from Telangana before the elections. In accordance with this pre -election promise, the TG government officially made a list of castes of the Civil Code.
