NAC-AP receives a double award at the IINA Awards 2026
The National Academy of Civil Engineering, Andhra Pradesh (NAC-AP) won two prestigious awards at the ISDA Infracon (IINA) 2026 National Awards held at the Stein Auditorium in the state capital recently.
Presented by Dinesh Sharma, Member of Parliament and former Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, the awards recognize contributions to the nation’s infrastructure and skill development sectors.
Director General of NAC-AP, G. Ganesh Kumar, received the ‘Gold Award’ in the ‘Best Individual Contribution Award – Excellence in Government Service’ category.
In addition, the Academy was awarded a ‘Platinum Award’ for ‘Specialist Sector – Best Construction Skills Development Initiative’, highlighting its role in supporting a future-ready workforce through its extensive network of training institutes.
The institution was represented at the ceremony by Additional Director General D. Manohar and Director M. Indra Kiran who received the award.
These awards underline NAC-AP’s commitment to bridging the gap between industry requirements and workforce capabilities, strengthening its position as a premier professional training institution in the Indian construction environment.
