The Ministry of Prisons and remedial services was opened by a tailor’s educational program for shivamogg Central Prison prisoners with the support of Shahi Exports PVT. Ltd., clothing manufacturer.
Mrs. Santhosh, the head of the civil judge and the member secretary of the Office for Legal Services in the district of Shivamogg, started a tailor’s training center in the central prison on Friday.
On this occasion, Mr. Santhosh said that prisoners should spend opportunities for reform and learn skills to improve their lives. Prisoners should be able to lead a meaningful life after completing their term in prison. The private company applied to train the prisoners, and it would be a good opportunity to pick up the skill, he said.
Shahi Export PVT. Ltd. The assistant of the CEO of Lakshman Dharmatti said that the company would train prisoners, and those who have picked up this skill will gain jobs after completing their term in prison. P. Ranganath’s prison leader said that 300 prisoners would receive training a gradual way.
