
Shivamogga-Bhadravati Urban Development Authority (SUDA) develops 30 acres of land in Gopashetti Koppa on the edge of Shivamogg into a residential arrangement, said HS Sundaresh, chairman of the Office, Friday.
At a press conference in Shivamogg, Mr. Sundaresh said that the Office proposed to develop 104 acres of land in a ratio of 50:50 with landowners. So far, owners of 30 acres have agreed to understand the authority.
In the first phase, the Office decided to develop 30 acres. The proposal was sent to the State Government for approval. Similarly, the chairman of the Office would develop 34 acres that the Office acquired decades ago. Work would start on Earth soon.
In addition, the Office proposed to build housing complexes in Uragadur and Sominakoppa. Apartments with all devices would be available at available prices. The Office would also build a shopping center in the extension of Swama Vivekananda and in JH Patel Extension was designed another center, said Mr. Sundaresh.
