The MYSURU district ensured the highest position in Karnataka when creating real estate within the E-Aasthi application and issued E-Khatas more than 50,000 real estate from the launch of E-Khata Abhiyan.
On Friday, August 22, a total of 50,022 properties were created in the district in registers A and B in the application. Mysur is followed by Belagavi (48,897 features) and Vijayapura (40 2111 real estate).
In the Mysur City district, the highest number of e-Khata emissions recorded.
E-Khata Janaspandana is organized in Mysur every Friday to make this process easier. While Mandya released 8,999 E-Khatas, Kodag released 3 119 and Chamarajanagar released 2 519.
Long queues are witnesses outside Bogadi, Rammanahali, Srirampura, Kadakola, in Mysuru, except the Hootagalli City Council, with real estate owners waiting for their documents. The initiative is carried out in the Zonal offices of Mysuru City Corporation.
However, several owners of real estate complained about the delay in e-khatas, claiming that they were often made to run from one office to another to ensure the document. E-Khata is a necessary document for registration, sale and purchase of real estate.
