Six people died of dairy products on Colorado Plains in an apparent accident involving gas exposure, the authorities reported on Thursday.
The dead are all men and hispanic, said Jolene Weiner, the main representative of Coroner for Weld County. Their identity was detained until the families of families.
“We are investigating these deaths as a possible consequence of gas exposure in a limited space,” Weiner said. They are planning autopsy and investigators deal with what gases could play a role in death.
Dairy Dairy Prospect Valley is located along a rural road near Keenesburg, about 35 miles (55 kilometers) northeast of Denver.
The crews entered the limited space in the dairy on Wednesday and gained bodies, said the district for protection against the southeast welder.
The spokesperson of the Sheriff of the Weld Melissa Chesmore district said her agency had found nothing criminal.
“It looks like an accident,” she said. She did not work out the nature of an emergency or said exactly where the bodies were found, and referred to the questions of regulatory safety.
Chaunter Rideaux, a spokesman for the US Ministry of Labor, said in -mail that the safety and health management is investigating at work and more information will be available after completion.
Farmers from America’s milk said that a “tragic accident” occurred on a membership farm in Keenesburg, which resulted in the death of six people.
“With this incident, we are deeply saddened and our thoughts and the most sincere condolences go to friends and families of the deceased. We have no further details at this early phase,” he said in his statement.
Regional tax records claim that the property is owned by Prospect Valley Dairy LLC and report to the owner the address of Bakersfield in California. Telephone messages remaining at the number at Kalifornia were not immediately returned.
Regional records indicate that the farm has a dairy milking size of 32,500 square feet (3,000 square meters). It also has two barn free of charge, one built in 2017, which is more than 450,000 square feet (almost 42,000 square meters) and another built last year, which is more than 100,000 square feet (more than 9,000 square meters).
