In a contribution on the Social Media Platform (formerly known as X) Modi wrote: “This law, which passed both houses of parliament, emphasizes our obligation to become the center for playing, innovation and creativity.”
“It will encourage e-sports and online social games. At the same time, it will save our company from the harmful effects of online game games,” he added.
The Prime Minister’s post quoted the Minister of the Union Ashwini Vaishnaw’s own contribution on the bill and tried to explain that “promotion and regulation of the online game law, 2025” sold to both houses of parliament, “attracts a balanced approach-what is good and prohibits what is harmful to the middle and young man.”
