The stage is set at the second state conference Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) on ParaPathi on the Madurai-Tehoothuku motorway on Thursday.

The meeting is expected to throw light on the line that the party should face its first election battle against the ruling front with multiple DMK parties, AIADMK-BJP and Seeman led by Naam Tamilar Katchi.
Mr. Vijay has already said that TVK will maintain both DMK and BJP, his ideological enemy at the same distance. The party would also take the opportunity to maintain the ghosts high, because no political party applied for an ally with TVK even after the actor expressed his willingness to create an alliance with similarly -minded parties and share power with them if he creates another government.
The party also showed that it would not endanger that Mr. Vijay would be the main candidate of the Minister.
This would be the first big public performance for Mr. Vijay after the first party conference in Vicravandi in October 2024.
Meanwhile, the Madurai district police planned to deploy approximately 2,700 staff from the southern districts to ensure the safety for a conference expected to witness the participation of approximately two Lakh cadres.
