The former Indian cricket and current chairman of the selectors on the cricket board in India (BCCI), Ajit Agarkar, made a surprising revelation that Sanju Samson was given game time in recent T20 International just because, like SHUBMAN GILL and Yashsvi, Jaiswal were not available.

“It is their headache to choose a set of launching. Our task was to choose 15. As for the T20 cricket, we have some real depth, and we are very happy about it,” he concluded.
India will start the Asia Cup campaign against the United Arab Emirates 10 September.
