KSEB notice on placement of flex boards during World Cup

As football fans in Kerala gear up for the FIFA World Cup season, the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) has warned them against placing flex boards, banners and flags celebrating football teams near power lines. There is a high possibility of such objects hitting power lines, causing power outages and serious accidents during heavy rains and thunderstorms, KSEB said in a statement. The public has been advised to inform the nearest KSEB section office or dial 9496010101 in case of electricity-related emergencies.
