The Prime Minister’s office (PMO) is likely to move from the South Bloc to the newly designed powerful enclave-I, which is located only a few hundred meters away, according to The Times of India, which quotes resources.
The cabinet secretariat is also expected to move from Rashtrapati Bhavan to this new office complex, which is likely to be given a new official name. Meanwhile, the Ministry of the Interior and the staff almost completed the shift to the Bhawan-3 card, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi started at the beginning of this month.

The sources said to the toi that PMO could move in the second half of September.

The Ministry of the Union Housing and Urban Affairs (Hua) plans to build 10 CCS buildings as part of an ambitious central project of remediation of the Government Vista. The whole project is expected to be completed by June 2027, PTI reported earlier.
The government said it is currently proposed that several buildings be preserved. These include the National Museum, the National Archive, Jawaharlal Nezru Bhawan (the Ministry of External Affairs) and dr. Ambedcar an auditorium that is new buildings.
Vanijya Bhawan will also be preserved according to the Ministry’s plan.

By the next month, two buildings with insufficient construction, 1 and 2, while construction work on the CCS number 10 will be completed by April next year.
The CS 6 and 7 buildings will be built by October 2026.
The common central secretariat will include ten buildings and a powerful enclave in which the office of the new Prime Minister (PMO), the Cabinet Secretariat, India House and the National Security Secretariat will be located.
In the second phase of the executive enclave, a new residence of the Prime Minister will be built.
The Ministry Hua said that centralized complexes would shorten bureaucracy, shorten the time of movement of the files, and bring a faster implementation of policy. The new buildings will be equipped with an access control system based on the course of the card for the safe movement of officials and visitors.

The Ministry Hua said that Kartavya Bhavan-03 has a nursery, a yoga room, a medical room, a café, a kitchen and a multipurpose hall.
It has 24 main conference rooms, each of which has the ability to sit 45 people, 26 small conference rooms, each with the ability to sit 25 people, 67 meeting rooms and 27 lifts.
