Army Public School, Maratha Lirc, Belagavi, Shine at CBSE South Zonal-II Judo Championship 2025, which took place in Shirdi in Maharashtra, from 4 to 6 August, packed 12 medals and qualified six players for CBSE Nationals in Rajasthan.
A team of students including Aarya Muchandi, Samarth Mane, Anushka Bhosale, Frsa Bastwadkar, Abhimanyu Gurav, Shreya Vasulkar won a silver medal.
Team including Prithviraj Mahadik, Sawankumar Stampad, Abhay Lakkundi, Ayush Pawar, Kartik Shrangshetti, Zikra Bishti won a bronze medal.
Rupinder Kaur Chahal, director and coach of Rekha Akshay Yangale, was a remarkable performance of the team.
The school management felilitated participants and appreciated their gravel, skills and sports behavior.
