The public meeting of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) christened as “BC Kadhana Bheri” scheduled for Karimnagar 14. August was postponed to predict heavy rains in the former Karimnagar district and elsewhere in the state in the next three days.
The party’s leadership chose Karimnagar, the Center of Political Nerve in Northern Telangana, for its “BC Kadhan Bheri” to encourage reverse class communities (BC) to put pressure on the government to make 42% of the BCS reservation.
The new date of the public meeting will be decided by the BRS leadership at the right time, the party’s sources said.
Originally it was scheduled for 8 August in Karimnagar. Patients of the weather forced the organizers to postpone the meeting until August 14. The meeting was postponed twice during the week.
