Mr. Govindan claimed that the country has not yet achieved a “completely militaristic and fascist rule”. “We are under partly militaristic administration. The Union government has taken control of all independent constitutional institutions, such as the Indian controller and general auditor, the Directorate for the recovery and Central Office for the investigation. The CPI leader (M) also stressed that in addition to RSS-BJP, they combine that they work under the theocratic ideology of Hindutva, there were organizations such as Jamaat-E-Islam and Church auxiliary for social behavior, which were also divisive forces.
“These municipal organizations represent various theocratic ideologies. But if they fight with each other, it will not end on the one hand. To fight such forces, there should be the need for the help of all religious believers who are not communalists, he said. Km Seethi and Am Shinas academics introduced papers on this topic.
