For the solution of gender imbalances between the recipients of organs transplantation and gifts, the national organization of organs transplants (notto) has issued a 10 -point counseling, with women and related donors to transplant organs as a recipient.
The aim of the inclusion is to make the provisions of “additional points in allocation criteria” for patients in waiting list in their recent letter to state and territory of the Union.
According to the Ministry of Health, the current allocation criteria for the main organs and tissues – kidneys, heart, liver, lung, heart and cornea were prescribed for transparency and justice in the allocation system, which prefers those whose requirement is more. Allocation criteria give priority according to the duration of the disease, periods on the waiting list, the severity of the disease, children, the living donor, which now require transplantation, and corresponding parameters such as blood type, age, size, etc. for better result. Notto maintains a digital national register of recipients and authorities donors. Patients who need transplantation can register through their hospital in the National Register.
