
India (IAF) Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh on Saturday 9th August confirmed that India had shot down at least five Pakistani fighter aircraft during the Sindoor operation.
“… we have at least five fighters confirmed killing and one large aircraft that could be either an Elinth plane or the AEW & C aircraft, which was taken about 300 kilometers,” said Air Chief AP Singh nor.
He called it “The greatest recorded killing of the surface we can talk about.”
While briefing about how the Sindoor operation was planned and performed, the boss of IAF informed about it BHOLARIAEW & C hangar was attacked. “And here we have very clear indications that when this attack occurred, there was an aircraft in sight …” he said.
S-400 and “Games converter”
Marshal AP Singh also welcomed the S-400 air defense system and said he did a “great job” during the Sindoor operation.
Called the S-400 “Games Changer” and said, “The scope of this system really kept their aircraft from their weapons as the long moving bombs they have were unable to use any of them because they were unable to penetrate the system.”
“High-Tech War”
The head of IAF AP Singh said the conflict with Pakistan was a “high-tech war”.
