Two individuals from West Bengal were arrested on Thursday, August 7 on Thursday 7 August on Thursday, August 7th on Thursday 7 August on Thursday, August 7th on Thursday 7 August on Thursday 7th August. The officials confiscated 66 grams of heroin worth approximately 2.5 ₹ Lakh from the duo.
Accused, identified as MD. Noor Akbar and MD. Ajit Mohin, both Malda’s natives in West Bengal, reportedly arrived in Hyderabad under the pretext of a job search, but in fact tried to sell heroin.
Both individuals were taken into custody and the confiscated heroin was formally handed over to the Serling Lampally Excise station.
Another investigation is underway.
