The BJP scheduled Morch caste criticized the state government for diversion of funds intended for a special component plan and the planned partial plan (SCP/TSP) into warranty programs.
The State Deputy Chairman of the BJP SCS Morcha Ambaraya Ashtagi, who addressed a press conference in Kalaburagi on Thursday, said that SCP and TSP plans were introduced to emphasize the oppressed sections by allocating exclusive funds in addition to regular expenses for different work schemes.
SCP-TSP schemes have been designed to seize the planned caste social, economically and educational by providing opportunities for the development of skills, access to quality education and supporting social justice. However, the diversion of these funds to the warranty schemes prevented the main targets of SCP TSP schemes, Mr. Ashtagi said.
The state government diverted a total of 39,000 GBP for warranty schemes. Between 2023-24, Crore in 2024-25 and 11,896.84 Crore in 2025-26 diverted 11 114 Crore, Crore 14 282 GBP.
Main Minister Siddarahaiah came to power in the name of Ahindy (coalition of minorities, back -class and Dalit) by promising these communities. However, no specific programs that would increase the Dalits and its decisions deprive the rights of the planned caste, Mr. Ashtagi said.
