The General of the United States in Hyderabad announced that Laura E. Williams was the new USA Consul. Followed by Jennifer Larson, who held a place since September 2022.
Before publishing in Hyderabad, Williams served as a deputy Head of Information Director of Business Services at the US Foreign Ministry, where she supervised the global set of information technology platforms that allow communication between Washington and American diplomatic missions around the world. Mrs. Williams used to serve in Nicosia, Algeria, Rome and Mexico City in the US embassies.
“It is an honor to serve as a USA General in Hyderabad. I am looking forward to strengthening partnerships in India, India, Telangana Andhra Pradesh and Odisha,” Mrs. Williams said.
