The Secretary General of the State Secretary of Students Keral (KSU) Farhan Munderi filed a complaint with the Chief of the District Police (Kannur City) P. Nidhinraj about the alleged police failure to register the case against the TP Chandrasekharan murder case.
Visual elements of gang members consume alcohol on June 17, while they were accompanied by court to prison, they were viral on social media. Mr Munderi said that despite clear video and photographic evidence, no legal steps were taken and described as a challenge for public security and insulting the law. The complaint sought immediate court proceedings in this matter.
Meanwhile, the head of the state police Ravada A. Chandrasekhar said on Tuesday, August 5th that the police could register the case. The thing was reviewed at a high -level police meeting.
Previously, Thalassery Municipal Police claimed that there was no basis for reservation due to lack of evidence.
