Main Minister Siddaramaiah said on Wednesday that the Krishna project III will be required to estimate that 87,818 GBR would be needed.
He chaired a high -level meeting with the Deputy Minister of DK Shivakumara, who holds the portfolio of water resources and stated that the initial cost of the project for the project was estimated at 51 148 Crore and was now revised at 87,818 GBP.
This was initially estimated to be estimated to be 17,627 GBP Crore for the land acquisition process. The current revised costs were 40 557.09 crore.
The revised costs of civilian work of nine sub -projects related to the project were estimated at 25 122.53 GBP Crore. The main minister said that a suitable decision would be made at the cabinet meeting.
By increasing the height of the dam, he said that another 100 TMCFT of water would be stored, which would provide irrigation equipment to 5.94 lakh hectares.
He said that a total of 1,33,867 acres were needed to implement the project, including 75,563 acres that would be immersed in standing. Land acquisition orders were issued to 29 566 acres. The land acquisition process for 59,354 acres of land should not be started yet.
According to Krishna Water Dissates Tribunal-2, 130 TMCFT water was assigned to carry out the Krishna Upper River Phase-3 project.
It has already been decided to obtain land that would be immersed in a single stage instead of gaining it in two phases.
