
At least 70 students of Mahatma Jyotiba Phuule Telangana backward residential school (girls), Uyalawada, in the Nagarnuool district fell ill and after dinner for dinner in Gurukul.
Several other students were first aid and maintained under observation of complaints of vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain on Sunday. Students reportedly developed symptoms after eating Brinjal and potatoes ready for dinner. Students’ parents were informed on Sunday in the early morning hours, which led to a tense situation and protests against care and reaction in the guruculum.
According to the doctor’s duty in the Nagarnool hospital, six students showed serious symptoms and recovered and other students were kept under observation. Some of the students received were later released during the day. The district administration, which takes the problem seriously, canceled the food supplier service and ordered the investigation.
Former Minister and leader Bharat Rashtra Samithi T. Harish Rao called on sick students in the hospital and spoke to their parents. He called on the negligence of the State Government to resolve the quality of food in Gurukul, obvious from a series of incidents, and urged the Theangana High Court and the State Human Rights Commission to marry the SUO Moto incident and order the government with specific instructions.
Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, local legislator and Minister for Tourism from the Nagarnoool district, said that against responsible ones who are initiated by strict measures. He noted that the state government was making a joint effort to provide quality education and reminded a hostel diet and cosmetic fees for residence students.
Meanwhile, the State Commission for Human Rights on Monday took the incident Suo Moto. Ordered the main secretary to present a comprehensive message by August 28.
