Girls outperformed boys in both the first and second year Intermediate, the results of which were released on Sunday.
Out of a total of 5,07,948 candidates who applied, including regular and private candidates in general and professional streams, for the Second Year Intermediate Examinations held in March 2026, 3,58,490 candidates passed the examination – an average pass rate of 70.58%.
