
On Monday, the Mumbai High Court liberated all 12 accused in the Mumbai incident in Mumbai in 2006, almost two decades after the attack killed more than 180 people.
The bench said the order and stated that the prosecution did not fully show this case and it was “difficult to believe that the accused had committed a crime”.
The court allowed the appeal filed by the accused, which questioned their convictions and punishment, which in 2015 imposed on them a special court regarding the explosions of the train in Mumbai.
The Special Court sentenced five out of 12 accused to death, while the remaining seven were sentenced to life imprisonment. One of the accused of a number of deaths died in 2021.

The number of deaths has been condemned in an incident for an explosion of a train in Mumbai 7/11 Kamal Ansari (now dead), Mohammad Faisal Atur Rahman Shaikh, Ehtesham Qutubuddin Siddiqui, Naveed Hussain Khan and Asif Khan.

The court imposed a life imprisonment on Tanveer Ahmed Mohammed Ibrahim Ansari, Mohammed Majid Mohammed Shafi, Shaikh Mohammed Ali Alam Shaikh, Mohammed Sajid Margub Ansari, Muzammil or Rahman Shaikh, Shaikh Shaikh Shaikh.

1. Kamal Ansari: Ansari was accused of planting a bomb that exploded in Matung after completing weapons training in Pakistan. As a Bihar inhabitant he died in 2021 while waiting for the hearing of the age of 50.
2. Mohammad Faisal Rahman Shaikh: As the inhabitants of the Thane’s Mira Road area, he was accused of being one of the main conspirators of the train explosions in Mumbai. According to prosecution, Shaikh, 50, money from Pakistan, gathered, gathered bombs and put one of them on the train.
3. EHTESHAM QUTUBUDIN SIDDADIQII: It was argued that Siddiqui had made trains recipes before the attack and planted a bomb in one of the trains.

6. Tanveer Ahmed Mohammed Ibrahim Answer: Ansari, the inhabitants of the Agripads in Mumbai, were accused of visiting Pakistani terrorist camps and carrying out local trains in Mumbai.
7. Mohammed Shafi: He was accused of raising money from Pakistan for explosions through the Hawal rocket.
8. Shaikh Mohammed Ali Alam: This 55 -year -old man was sentenced to life for accusations of building bombs in his residence Govansi together with the help of Pakistani who entered India. Alam was also accused of being a key member of SIMI.
9. Mohammed Sajid Margub Ansari: 47 -year -old Mira Road residents were accused of getting timers for bombs, helping them to assemble and hide two Pakistani nationals.
10. Muzammil Rahman Shaikh: At the age of 20 at the time of the incident, Shaikh was the youngest accused in the case of which he allegedly received training in Pakistan and carried out local trains. He was a software engineer.
11. Suhail Mehmood Shaikh: The 55-year-old was arrested for training weapons in Pakistan and performing the recipe of trains.
12. Zemeer Ahmed Rehman: Rehman, now 50, was accused of participating in conspiracy meetings and training in Pakistan.
