Mayor of Arya Rajendran, Deputy Mayor of PKraja and other officials in Adalat at the Ulloor Ward
Thiruvananthapuram Corporation on Monday launched its series of adalts across different centers of the department to deal with ensembles waiting through the different wings of the civic body.
In the Adalat file, he held a total of 62 files in the Ulloor and Sreekaryam zones. The company also took disciplinary measures against three officials who allegedly delayed the measures for files. The first -grade supervisor T.Vijayakumar was suspended of the accusation of the delay of the event on the files and also from staying away from Adalat. The action at the department level was recommended against the higher official of S.Sarith and assistant engineer Geetha Prasantha to delay the action on various files. In the Ulloor zone, a total of 36 applications on waiting files in different sections were received in advance.
32 applications were destroyed. In addition, 12 applications were received during Adalat. The instructions were issued to the officials concerned to take the necessary measures within seven days.
In SREEKARYAM zone, 30 applications were discussed in advance, while the appropriate measures were recommended within seven days at 16 requests received during Adalat. In the application submitted by CA lekshmidevi from Chempazhanty Ward for a delay in the allocation of the building number, the income inspector was ordered to carry out the check -up to certify the plan and assign the number. The SPSANALKUMAR application submitted in May this year was cleaned because the house was built in 2 cents of land.
For R.Valsalamma, a certificate of occupancy was cleaned because it was built as part of the Life Housing project.
In another case concerning the occupancy certificate, the request filed by Gokul GoPan was cleaned, assuming that he gave an affidavit that he had unconditionally surrendered the required land for road development according to the main plan. On the basis of a request submitted by R. Babu of Mannanthala, it was decided to immediately take over the flavor of the Mannanthala-Reduvathilkonam-Chencherry road using the company’s own funds. It was also decided to free the village library in Thuuruvikkal from paying tax and arrears on the basis of a request submitted by his secretary B.Sikumar. During the Adalats, the mayor of Ary Rajendran, the deputy mayor of PK Raja, the chairman of the permanent committee and other officials were present. In the following days, Adalats will take place in other zones.
