Informs the assembly that the survey with a new approach to using the survey numbers instead of the whole village in the districts of Coimbatore and Kanniyakumari is taking place
The Tamil Nadu government decided to reduce the rules of the HACA (HACA) office to specific figures of the survey instead of the whole village, the Minister for Housing and the Development of the Cities of S. Muthusama informed the Assembly on Monday.
A survey with a new approach to using the survey numbers instead of the whole village took place in the districts of Coimbatore and Kanniyakumari, he said. “It will be completed. Once the survey number is based, I can guarantee that about 60% of the area could be released from the HACA range.”
During his speech, Aiadmk Paul Manoj Pandian raised concerns about the impact of the rules of HAC and argued that the development could be allowed if the standards were released. In his answer, Mr. Muthusamy said that standards could not suddenly be released. “As far as the (concerns of the) haca is concerned, it cannot be done at the same time because there are many problems. However, there may be cases on courts.
Previously, the Haca area was identified in terms of the village, emphasized, and said, “Some villages can spread to 10 km and some up to 2 km. So there were differences. So we changed the method and based on the survey numbers.”
