5% discount on real estate tax was extended to 30 June. The statement of the Commissioner Mysur City Corporation (MCC) stated on Saturday that the decision to expand a 5% discount on the payment of the real estate tax until 30th June was based on orders issued by the State Government on May 9.
Previously, real estate tax discount for 2025-26 was available until April 30. Login MCC released on Saturday, owners who have real estate within MCC, can now take advantage of the discount by June 30.
