
A total of 345 people on the NIPAH contact list, a statement issued by Minister of Health Veen George after a high -level meeting, were listed in the state.
This includes 211 people in Malappurama, 91 in Palakkad and 43 in Kozhikode. Everyone on the List of Contacts in Kozhikode is health care workers
Two people from Palakkad and Malappuram suspected of Nipah after a preliminary examination of samples in Malappuram and Kozhikode Faculty were positively tested. Then the Palakkad sample was sent to the National Institute of Virology in Pune as positive.
However, the health department initiated all control measures in Palakkad before the official conformation came. The map of the route of the Nipah-positive person in Palakkad has now been released and the districts of Palakkad, Malappuram and Kozhikode have been warned.

The department was established by the State and District Control Squares in connection with Nipah focus. 26 committees were established in all three districts. Police help is also trying to prepare a list of contacts.
