The Cyberabad traffic police, which continued to intervene against alcohol management, booked 247 individuals across different zones in the Commissioner on Friday.
The reserved included 189 two -wheel riders, 44 four -wheel drivers, 13 three -wheel operators and one driver of heavy vehicles.
Chevella recorded the highest number of cases at the age of 28, followed by Jeedimetla with 24, RC Puram – 23 and Shadnagar – 22.
Especially during this operation, no cases were reserved for Miyapur and KPHB.
All 247 perpetrators were men. Blood alcohol levels (BAC) recorded among violators showed trends. While 48 perpetrators had BAC levels below 50 mg/100 ml, a significant number, 104 individuals were found, in the range of 51–100 mg/100 ml. Another 52 registered between 101–150 mg/100 ml, 20 between 151–200 mg/100 ml and 18 between 201–300 mg/100 ml. Alarming levels were observed in five cases where BAC was between 301-500 mg/100 ml.
Age-wise disorders revealed that most of the perpetrators belonged to the age group 21–30, which recorded 93 cases, followed by the age group 31–40 with 88 cases, 49 in the age group 41–50 and 13 years between 51–60. Especially in this ride, no minors and no individuals over 60 were caught.
The police said that those who are booked will be made before court and will be responsible for legal steps. The ministry also warned that anyone caught the proceedings under the influence and will cause fatal accidents available, reserved for a favable murder that would not be murdered, and the violars could face up to 10 years of imprisonment together with a fine.
